  1. Booking Confirmation

           Your booking will be confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.

  2. Payment

           The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Cancellation & Refund

           Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation. Darshan tickets, special entry tickets, toll fees, parking charges, and other third-party charges are non-refundable.

  4. Travel Delays

           We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, temple crowd, road closures, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  5. Passenger Responsibility

             Passengers must carry a valid government-issued ID and follow all TTD rules, temple dress code, and local regulations during the trip.

  6. Vehicle Policy

             In case the booked vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle without additional charges.
